Die Batterie meines E-Bikes war ständig defekt (2,5 Jahre alt). Also viel zu früh, um sie auf den Schrotthaufen zu werfen. Habe die Batterie überholen lassen und von 10,4 auf 13,4Ah aufgerüstet. Die Lieferzeit war kürzer als vereinbart und die Batterie wurde mit einem vollständigen Prüfbericht zurückgegeben. Auch die Probleme mit dem Ladegerät haben sie gut gelöst. Ich bin nicht 100 sondern 200% zufrieden. Ich kann diese Adresse zutiefst empfehlen.

Meiner Meinung nach ist Bikebat ein ehrliches Unternehmen mit guten Technikern und einem netten Empfang. Senden Sie Batterie, aber es kann etwas klein wie meine sein. Kosten: 45 Euro, ich erwartete eine Überholung, weil die Batterie einfach gestoppt hat. Also Team Bikebat: Machen Sie so weiter. Vielen Dank, gut gemacht.

Aufgearbeitet, überholt oder neu?

“Wenn Sie eine neue Batterie kaufen, erhalten Sie einen komplett neue, originale Batterie des Herstellers. Dabei führt Bikebat selbst keine Arbeiten an der Batterie durch.

Bei einer generalüberholten Batterie erhalten Sie ein gebrauchtes Gehäuse mit neuen Zellen und Elektronik (je nach Modell bereits gebraucht). Das heißt, Sie müssen Ihre aktuelle Batterie nicht aufgeben und können die überholte Batterie als Ersatzakku verwenden. Dies ist nicht für alle Batteriemodelle möglich.

Eine Überholung durch Bikebat bedeutet, dass Sie uns Ihre alte Batterie zur Verfügung stellen, die wir bearbeiten und nach Möglichkeit mit neuen Zellen und Elektronik bestücken. Eine Überholung ist also nicht möglich, ohne dass wir Ihre Batterie erhalten haben. “
